Also known as passive exercise, therapeutic massage lowers blood pressure, increases circulation of blood and lymph, decreases ischemic pain, improves mobility and reduces stress to name a few.

Classes are offered that teach recipes that cure touch hunger for singles, couples, infants and seniors.
